Return & Exchange Policy:
Greenhouse will gladly accept returns made within 14 days of date of receipt on unused merchandise in its original condition. Please note bedding, furniture and special order merchandise are final sale.
If you would like to return an item, kindly e-mail customer service at info@thegreenhouselifestyle.com. Please indicate in your email the reason for your return and whether you would like a replacement, a store credit or a refund to the purchaser's credit card.
Once you receive confirmation from customer service, repackage the item as originally shipped, include the packing list, and send to Greenhouse, Returns Department, 375 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217. For your security, please return merchandise with an insured courier, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post and retain your receipt. Greenhouse is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. As soon as Greenhouse receives your return, we will send a replacement, issue store credit or refund the value of the item, including taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable. All refunds are credited to the purchaser's credit card.
Return Policy on Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive an item that is damaged, Customer Service will send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label to cover the cost of your return. You must repackage the item as originally shipped, adhere the return shipping label, and drop off the package at a FedEx drop-off location. For the FedEx drop-off location nearest you, visit www.fedex.com. As soon as Greenhouse receives the item, we will send a replacement.

Shipping:
All orders are processed and shipped from our store in Brooklyn, New York. We ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the order. Greenhouse uses FedEx ground as its shipping method which allows up to five business days for delivery. All items should arrive within five to eight business days.
